DESCRIPTION

This project in London comprised of alterations and refurbishment works, new rear extension and outbuilding with gym. Proposed works included strip out and demolition works, new MEP services installations, alteration and refurbishment works to the property and external works. We were involved in preparing the cost planning document and value engineering.
