DESCRIPTION

This project consisted of alterations, extension and refurbishment works to the existing dwelling in London. We prepared a detailed Bill of Quantities SMM7 and priced the proposed work for the submission of a tender. We also valued and priced the variations and advised the contractor of the associated costs.
