DESCRIPTION

This project consisted of alterations and extension to the existing school. We prepared a Bill of quantities and tender submission on behalf of our client a roofing subcontractor for the supply and installation of an IKO flat roofing system using the Goldseal Torch-On Cap Sheet Membrane which is a high performance elastomeric built up roofing system, including underlay, approved insulation, Systems T-O Vapour Control Layer (Torch-on) and deck primed with IKOpro Quickdry Primer. Works also comprised of traditional pitched roofs using Welsh Slate.
