We provided Estimating and Tendering services for our client a Mechanical Services contractor for this Cafe Servery Remodelling project which involved pricing a Schedule of Works for the design and construction of the complete mechanical services installation including stripping out existing services and grilles, installation of above ground drainage, H&C water services and extract ventilation
