DESCRIPTION

Project comprised a new 2 storey rear extension with sunken pod room on top, rear loft extension, and alteration to the existing front loft window. The house was divided into 2 flats, with the intention to convert the building back into a single family home. The works included strip out and demolition works, new MEP services installations, alteration and refurbishment works to the property and external works. We were involved in preparing the cost planning document, value engineering and preparation and submission of the schedule of works for tendering.
